These Terms govern your use of productiq.eytlabs.com and any ProductIQ products. ProductIQ is operated by Extend Your Team LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
Eligibility
Must be 16+ and able to enter a binding contract. Acting on behalf of an organization requires authority to bind it.
Use of the Service
You will not:
- Use the Service unlawfully
- Attempt unauthorized access
- Disrupt the Service
- Use bots or scrapers without prior permission
- Reverse engineer the Service
- Transmit malicious code
Waitlist and product access
Joining the waitlist doesn't guarantee access, pricing, or launch timeline. We may modify, delay, or cancel any product. Founding member or early-access pricing is governed by terms presented at the time of purchase.
Intellectual property
All content is property of Extend Your Team LLC or licensors. Limited license to access for evaluation purposes only. "ProductIQ", "EYT Labs", "Extend Your Team", and product names are trademarks of Extend Your Team LLC.
User submissions
Feedback you submit grants us a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use it.
Third-party services
Service relies on third-party providers; their terms govern their use.
Disclaimers
Service provided "as is" without warranties. We don't warrant uninterrupted or error-free service. Product descriptions are informational, not warranties.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Extend Your Team LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Aggregate liability capped at $100 or 12 months of fees paid, whichever is greater.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify Extend Your Team LLC for claims arising from your violation of these Terms.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access at any time. Surviving provisions: disclaimers, liability limits, indemnification, governing law.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. Material changes get additional notice.
Governing law and jurisdiction
Governed by Wyoming law. Disputes resolved exclusively in Wyoming state or federal courts.
Entire agreement
These Terms plus the Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement.
